- Participation fee will be charged as participation deposit, which will be refunded within 20 working days after the event after arriving at the meeting point before 12:30 on the day of the event (April 18, 2025) to sign in and participate in the event. If you fail to arrive/fail to complete the check-in, a $100 registration fee will be charged.
- If you choose a tour that does not meet the tour criteria, the staff member will communicate with you and you will be given the option to change to a different tour or choose to receive a refund.
